Weston & Sampson, rated as a top 200 engineering design firm by Engineering News Report, has announced that Charleston's HEG Engineering Consultants will serve as their Southeast regional headquarters as a result of a recent merger.
Recognized for Excellence for the past ten years, Weston & Sampson has been recognized with six Engineering Excellence Awards. Weston & Sampson's services include engineering, landscape architecture, operations and maintenance and construction services.
It is hoped that this merger of 350+ employees of the combined engineering design companies will foster new growth during our economic recovery.
The Charleston firm plans to add several new technical positions over the next few years to serve the needs of the company while maintaining the current management and operational staff and should expand the firm's capabilities.
Weston & Sampson expressed a similar enthusiasm for the merger as it extends its reach of East Coast offices to HEG's Marina Drive facility. The company also emphasized that HEG meets the needs of its organization and is in line with the level of service it's expected to deliver.
They also have office locations throughout the Northeast and Florida.
