Dallas is, indeed, fortunate to have respected and worthwhile assistance for job seekers. If you haven’t visited www.careerdfw.org for awhile, check it out. A master schedule of local career fairs, meetings and new job openings are a part of this fabulous website.
The job opportunities are national in scope, but the jobs are predominantly for the DFW area. Best of all, the openings remain posted for only 21 days, so you know they are recent and authentic. Of course a recruiter could re-post, if the job still exists after three weeks, but as a job seeker, you know the company hasn’t completed the search if it appears again.
Tuesday night, April 6, the JOB Group at Custer Road United Methodist Church is having its annual Ask the Recruiter panel of experts. Participants will have a chance to ask pertinent questions in a small group before moving to the next table.
