Have you ever considered how emerging leaders from other countries engage in knowledge transfer, capacity building and organization development? Moreover, how does an agency in San Diego help these leaders? What parallels can be drawn between their work and OD practices?
At SD OD Network, in addition to traditional modeling and OD Theory, the organization brings you innovative, leading-edge perspectives in the field of OD. This event starts the new year inviting you to share dialogue and explore a fascinating local agency. Former participants in this program include Karzai of Afghanistan, Gordon of UK, Sarkozy of France, and 300 current and former heads of government including leaders of Turkey, Columbia, Kenya, and New Zealand.
THE RELATION TO OD
