Vic Napier found his home in Tucson in 1981. He worked in social services, started and ran several businesses, earned an MBA, and is now completing a PhD. His research interests include how people and organizations "fit" one another, alternatives to traditional jobs, and why people participate in risk sports and sensation seeking. In his spare time, he enjoys motorcycling, skydiving, and hiking throughout the beautiful Sonoran Desert.
