What is your recruiting specialty? Accounting and Finance, both Permanent and Interim/Project assignments. Also, we work in the For Profit and Not for Profit areas.
Do you have a geographic focus? San Francisco Bay Area
Describe an ideal candidate for today's job market? Well educated, flexible, patient...and these days dead on in experience for the position at hand.
Do you see any change in the hiring climate today as compared to 6 months ago? It is slowly and quietly improving.
Better? Worse? Better but still quiet.
Which industries seem to be hiring the most people in your specialty area? We do not see activity by industry. The activity is, truly, across the board. When someone needs a finance person they need them, no matter the economic outlook.
Who would you like to contact you? Employers or candidates seeking a (senior level) finance position in the San Francisco Area.
What advice do you have for job seekers? Be patient and treat your search as a full time job. Use your network aggressively. Your warm contacts are very valuable.
