The best breakfast is a protein shake

Breakfast is the hardest meal of the day to get the nutrition that you need, without getting a lot of garbage that you don't need. You need to get the best breakfast to start your day off right, you need food that will give you the energy to get through the morning, and keep you from getting hungry and the best way to do that is with a protein shake. The best breakfast is a protein shake that gives you a good balance of carbohydrates, protein, fat, and fiber to get you going in the morning and keep you going.

The food you eat from when you get up in the morning, until you eat lunch is very important in determining how your day will go. The best breakfast is critical if weight loss or muscle building is important to you. You haven't eaten for 6 to 10 hours since your last food the day before, your body is low on energy and low on protein, you need a good balance of nutrients to wake you up, keep you alert and keep your body functioning properly, and a protein shake can give you all of it at once.

The Protein shake

* 12 oz. Skim milk
* 1 frozen banana
* 1/3 cup of old fashioned oats
* 5 frozen strawberries
* 1 scoop of Whey protein powder

You can also add other things to this if you want. It is a good way to take Creatine, green food, super food, spinach, or anything else that would go in without ruining the taste, to give you your best breakfast.  To prepare the bananas, let them ripen to where you feel is the perfect ripeness, then peel them, break them in half and put them in a 1 gallon zip lock bag and keep them in the freezer.  Using non frozen bananas is also good, it's just not as creamy of a protein shake and not as cold.

For carbs and fiber in your best breakfast use the oat right out of the carton, raw. Use your choice of protein powder, any flavor will work, I use vanilla. Put all ingredients in a blender, put the protein powder and oats in the blender mixer first, then put the strawberries and the bananas in. Putting the ingredients in that order, will allow the banana's to not stop the blender when you start it. Blend for about 1 minute. Makes about 24 ounce shake. The frozen banana and the frozen strawberries will make the shake like a smoothie. IF you don't want the protein shake thick, just use an unfrozen banana.  I have some 32-ounce rubber maid plastic bottles that I use to drink it from. That way I can take it and drink it on the way to work.
