Cardio tennis weight loss plan

There is a new cardio fitness craze that has been growing in popularity over the past several years, and can be used as a great weight loss plan. The growth and popularity is being promoted by the long time aerobics fitness and exercise trainer, Denise Austin. It's called cardio tennis.

Cardio tennis is designed to give you a good cardio workout, and can be a great weight loss plan, while improving your tennis skills. Cardio tennis is generally done in groups of 10 to 15 people. The drills are set up so you get an interval training session while you are working on tennis moves and shots.

The typical cardio tennis session consists of a 5 to 10 minute warmup, followed by a 30 to 50 minute session of cardio and tennis shots, followed by a 5 to 10 minute cool down. The program is designed to keep you moving the whole time you are in the cardio part of the program. You do some more intense exercise and some slower exercise. The focus is to keep you in the cardio target zone going from high to low, as in other interval training.

Cardio tennis is another good way to add some more variety to your cardio workout, and help you improve your tennis skills, if you are a tennis player.
