Global Ganja: The History of Marijuana in Japan, by The Marijuana Reporter. Marijuana, once part of the natural landscape and religious culture of Japan. Demonized and criminalized by Americans after they dropped the bomb and now coming back into it's own rightful place in society.

In the photo above Credit Flickr Creative Commons the author blogs: "one of the great dangers of wikipedia is that it often puts language to a single endpoint, which in real-life, or other cultures, does not exist.
this can make sense for taxonomy but not for subjects like psychology, which can not provide a controlled lab test or a scientific foundation.
in terms of human relationships wikipedia does a great deal to spread wrong data, and to stupify young children. i have even seen girls on the net, on the one hand, drawing kissing illustrations about beyblade, on the other hand, saying "the info from wikipedia", when talking about boys (and especially their relationship).
me myself i want a gay-free world, no sesame street, no teletubby, no sponge bob and that's just the kiddo-safe downend.
but that does not not mean, same sex can not have relationship or even sex!
it is just not so much about the bummeting.
so who is destroying this world?
America is maintaining sesame street for decades, while lovely drawn japanese beyblade was clashed as cheaply drawn and without sense for humour (on rottentomatoes.com ).
it can be seen that America wants to treat Japan as 2nd class, even if nowadays, this happens indirectly.
what they can not understand is that before the war, marijuana used to grow everywhere, it was not that important, but now and then, it was also used for medicine and recreation...."

It's not just the Japanese who are fed up with the US/UN/UK axis powers' bullying. Everyone's had enough now.
The barefaced gall which has offended so many people recently is the way the axis has been allowing cannabis use for its own people while continuing to insist, in the most vehement terms, that others MAY NOT reduce penalties for cannabis infractions. What hypocrisy! You may be able to stifle dissent by throwing vast sums of money at it for a limited time, but God sees everything.
Eventually, the money will become worthless - completely undesirable, even repulsive - when the truth reaches critical mass and becomes more important.
It's seemed a long and slow road to the fulcrum at 2012, but the turning point is coming into focus now. So, the hippies were right, after all!
