Is Britney Spears being controlled by someone who has sexually abused her? According to the rantings on Courtney Love's twitter and facebook, Courtney believes Britney's father, Jamie Spears molested Britney when she was a child. Courtney even goes on to suggest that she heard this first hand from Britney herself. The rock mess is even willing to take on any lawyers that might suggest she keep quiet. It was almost two years ago that Britney's father, Jamie Spears took over her life. Effectively having complete control of her estate, business dealings and medical care. A conservatorship, that is usually reserved for the severely ill or elderly was placed on Britney after a very public meltdown and a 72 hour psychiatric hold.
Many have questioned why the Pop Star is clearly able to tour the world but is put in the same legal category as a person who can not house, clothe or feed themselves. One of her number one fan sites, Breatheheavy.com has placed handcuffs on an image of Britney and vows to do so until Britney is released from the conservatorship.
In addition, Britney was denied the choice of her own lawyer to represent her and was given a court appointed lawyer. The lawyers handling the case for her father Jamie Spears and Britney have amassed huge legal bills in the millions of dollars. Jamie Spears himself was widely reported to be earning $18,000 per month from her estate.
Mr. Spears is an admitted alcoholic, who was previously estranged from his daughter at the time he took total control of her life. With that much money at stake, it seems no one would be particularly motivated to give Britney the opportunity to live her life as a free citizen.
Beach Boys co-founder, Brian Wilson was placed under a conservatorship in 1964 after having severe mental and emotional problems. However, the Beach Boy never toured again and his wife is in control of his estate.
With the Pop Star being highly influential over millions of young woman, it is a concern what kind of message the conservatorship is sending. If Britney Spears did not have a vast fortune at her disposal, would she still be under such stringent restrictions in her adult life?

It's pretty wreckless to suggest that a fan site, owned and operated by someone who took information of personal means by Osama Lufti, as any factual foundation. He was given exclusives, he was provided almost daily updates directly from him. It's even more wreckless to assume anything Courtney Love would rant about, on Facebook is true. Jamie Spears straightened out Britney Spears when she needed a parent the most. We should be congratulating him as fans instead of trying to persecute him for something alleged by a person not synonymous for honesty. She's a shameless self promoter. And the message to young girls out there is you can hit rock bottom, and rebuild yourself THROUGH ANYTHING.
I'm sure it was Sam Lutfi who told Courtney Love that Britney Spears' dad molested her. Sam is a man with an axe to grind as he was forced out of Britney's life by her father Jamie when he became her conservator. Sam has also had multiple restraining orders against him.
Neither Sam or his friend Jordan Miller from Breatheheavy.com have any credibility. Both of them desperately want back into Britney's life, something Jamie Spears will never allow.

I love the digital deluxe edition of her new album "The Singles Collection", it (as well as the box set) features SO MANY new songs and remixes, plus all her hit. It's SO much better than the standered copy. I got mine on Itunes. It's also available on other online music stores like Rapsody. It's a great value. I find the boxset though expensive, it's available at places like Borders, Barns and Nobles, and Amazon.
I believe Love. Britney shows classic signs of MPD. When a child is habitually abused, they will 'shatter' their personality in order to cope. Jamie Spears should not have been given control of this young woman's life. Good article, thank you.

Wow, this reads like it was written by Sam Lutfi himself. He's expressed this point of view many times on Breatheheavy.com (he sometimes posts as skoozy, one of several pseudonyms he uses). I was sure before that Sam had told Courtney that Britney's dad had molested her, but now I am absolutely certain of it.
By the way, I know Britney does have access to a phone since she rang me very recently.
I'm surprised Sam hasn't been charged with a crime yet. I hope the lawyers and the law enforcement people know what they're doing by letting things go on so long. They should have more than enough evidence against him by now. When they finally do act I hope they manage to get Jordan Miller too. Apply enough pressure and I think Sam will try to blame Jordan for some stuff since Sam has done that sort of thing before. Put Jordan in the same circumstances and he will definitely tell them everything he knows about Sam.
