While many companies, regardless of their product offerings, tout a user friendly ordering system, Posterjack.ca comes through. Simple, fast, straightforward, professional – it’s all there. They even immediately analyze the uploaded photo to determine its quality so they can ensure the end print will be of the highest quality.
The turnaround time was unbelievably short. The prints arrived professionally packaged with tissue paper separating the photo’s (they finished the order). Added-value instructions and a delivery note were rolled up with a complimentary tri-pod camera stand – what a perfect promotional offering relevant to their products and usable (the Wow). Its like a fine clothing store including a sturdy hanger – it fits.
Also included was a thank you letter printed on photo paper (again, fitting) personally signed in blue ink by Tim Faught, the President (customer connection). The opening line was a big thank you, the second line was about their hopes that the posters put a smile on your face (customer focused) and the second paragraph offered a promotional code to enjoy a discount on the next order (proactively growing a client and bridging the sale).
