The Chew features Super Bowl recipes and Ben Flajnik week of Jan. 30 - Feb. 3

The guest lineup for 'The Chew,' week of January 30-February 3, 2012, was announced by ABC in a January 26 press release. The week features Super Bowl recipes and football personalities. Guests for the week include Ben Flajnik, Ally Sheedy, Indianapolis Colts' Dwight Freeney, Dallas Cowboys' DeMarcus Ware and ESPN football analyst and former NFL wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson. 

ABC talk show hosts honor National Wear Red Day for heart health

 The daytime food and lifestyle show is hosted by celebrity chefs Mario Batali, Michael Symon and Carla Hall, entertaining & style expert Clinton Kelly and health & wellness enthusiast Daphne Oz. 'The Chew' airs weekdays (1:00-2:00 p.m. ET) on ABC Television Network.

Monday, January 30:  It is all about cheese on the episode titled 'Cheesiest Show on Earth." David Greco of Mike's Deli on NYC's famed Arthur Avenue shares his secret to making homemade mozzarella cheese. The show co-hosts cook up cheesy recipes throughout the hour. Of course, cheese is a staple at most Super Bowl parties, so this is a timely feature.

Thursday, February 2: 'Breakfast All Day' includes breakfast recipes, including bread pudding and doughnuts. Actress Ally Sheedy makes a healthy breakfast smoothie with Daphne Oz.
 
Friday, February 3: 'Appy Hour' features former NFL wide receiver and ESPN football analyst Keyshawn Johnson. "The Chew" co-hosts wear red to help raise awareness of heart disease, the No. 1 killer of women, and in support of the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women movement.
 
 "The Chew," which celebrates and explores life through food, airs on ABC Television Network.
