After last night's speech at the Tea Party Convention, Sarah Palin met with Fox News' Chris Wallace today and said that she does think President Obama pals around with terrorists.
Wallace asked if she would take back the comment she made during the 2008 campaign which she said Obama "pals around with terrorists."
"No. I don't because his associations with Bill Ayers and others, he never really has - I think - adequately addressed why in the world he would have a relationship with a type of person like that who had such disdain for America that he would want to bomb, harm, hurt, kill Americans," Palin said.
The controversy involving Ayers and Obama was first introduced by Fox News' Sean Hannity and alleges that Obama is a close personal friend of Ayers - the leader of the radical left organization called the Weather Underground during the 1970s.
Today, Ayers is a Distinguished Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He served on two nonprofit boards with Obama, but there's never been any evidence that Obama and Ayers are close personal friends as Palin and others have suggested.
Laura S. Washington, chairwoman of the Woods Fund which both Ayers and Obama served as board members, said the small board had a collegial "friendly but businesslike" atmosphere, and met four times a year for a half-day, mostly to approve grants.

Is there anybody left in the USA that does not think he associates with radicals?? His parents, grandparents, and Obama himself were involved with communists, socialists, and radicals. Any investigation into his past contacts and WH staff will tell you that!!!! duh
There's not a single shred of evidence that Obama is a radical. The misinformation spewing from Fox News doesn't count as evidence.
This country is screwed when so many people hold such an ignorant view of the world, politics and their president. Duh should be our new slogan. "Got duh." That's all we have. We just keep sliding down that rabbit hole filled with bullshit.

This is truly a sad time we live in when so many people are utterly clueless about the world they live in.

Obama isn't a communist. It's OK to disagree with his policies but it's ridiculous to go so far off the cliff that you can't even recognize that his policies are valid, even though you disagree with them.
