Neil G. von Koehe began writing legal documentation and investigative reports while enlisted in the US Marine Corps. After working as an electrician for 10 years, Neil began a new career in the IT field, eventually working as a help desk technician. Part of his job included writing technical documentation and Operating Procedures.
