Nigel Codrington is a practicing attorney and college professor. He holds two law degrees: L.L.B- University of London and J.D- Fordham University School of Law, New York. Mr. Codrington is admitted to practice law in the state of New York where he founded and currently manages his own business law practice. His law firm advises professionals and business owners on all aspects of their business including formation, financing, operation, compliance, expansion and globalization. Professor Codrington teaches courses in Business Law at Lehman College in New York City. He is also a professor of Financial Management and International Corporate Finance at Wagner College on Staten Island, New York.
