He consults on innovation, leadership, process management and high performance work teams. Alexi has over 20 years of management and leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies and has utilized high performance work teams to accomplish daunting tasks. He is currently authoring a book titled "Leadership - A New Way Forward" to be published this fall. He speaks to academic audiences as a way to "touch the future" leaders. Alexi has an associates degree in electronics, bachelors degree in technical management and a masters degree in management.
