The best of 2010 in news, humor, faith, and politics

The Best of 2010

Can you believe it?  2010 is in the books.  The first decade of the new century and new millennia is gone.

The end of one year and the beginning of the next are traditional times for reflection and resolution.  This piece offers the former as it looks back at the best of 2010.

Local news saw ice storms and power losses, snow drifts and helpful townspeople, Renaissance and the President’s Own blessing folks in western Oklahoma with their music, and of course what would a year be without Turkey Tracks.

There were births and deaths, joys and sorrows, successes and failures, all of which provided us with milestones to measure the year that we have now recorded.

These are links to local news, humorous stories, offerings of faith, and a few choice articles from the arena of politics. Be blessed as you reflect upon the articles below.
