The lingerie trend seen over and over again at this month’s Paris Fashion Week created quite a buzz. While some sat in awe of the bold design choice, others sat in wonderment for an entirely different reason; they sat there wondering how the hell any normal person could pull off a look like that. But believe it or not, you don’t have to be built like Adriana Lima to strut your stuff in a sexy lingerie-themed ensemble. Rather, it’s all about knowing which version of the look to own and knowing how to keep your sexy in perfect moderation.

This week, we’ll be exploring the lingerie look style by style so you can see that no matter how you dress, you can pull off this trend, too. But before we can get into any of that, let’s figure out which style is yours. While there’s obviously a thousand different ways to classify different looks, for the purposes of this column, we’ll be discussing The Debutante look, The Bad Girl look, The Bohemian Babe look, and The Tomboy look. So which one are you?

The Debutante
You’re sophisticated. You like classic looks with delicate touches and soft fabrics. You’re no stranger to pearls. You’re a girly girl and you love it. Your clothes reflect your sunny, sweet nature.

The Bad Girl
You like to live on the edge. You like your clothes to reflect your rock’n’roll lifestyle and look as tough as you do. You’d rather wear chains than pearls. You’re sexy and daring. You play by your own rules [if you follow any rules at all].

The Bohemian Babe
You like to go with the flow. You’re all about comfort and being at peace. You’d rather wear a daisy chain than an actual chain. You like loose, flowing fabrics that reflect your easy-going personality.

The Tomboy
You like to relax. You’re the type of girl that likes to just throw on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt and hit the road. You’d like to match, but it’s usually not a big deal if you don’t. You’re all about wearing something you can move around in.
Celebrity Tomboys: Kristen Stewart, Rachel Bilson, Miley Cyrus, and Samantha Ronson.
