Summer time in Cincinnati means fixing food for family picnics and parties. It also means that most likely there will be a food that has boiled eggs in it.

If you are the one that is making egg salad or deviled eggs, here is a way to make the easiest boiled eggs.

How To Make Boiled Eggs

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.

Bring the water to a boil. Allow the eggs to boil for 2 minutes.

Remove from the heat and cover with a lid and allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Drain the water and recover the eggs with cold water.

Eggs are ready when they are cooled.

Easy Way To Peel Boiled Eggs

First, allow the eggs to cool.

Gently crack the egg shell.

Place the egg between the palms of your hands and roll gently back and forth until you loosen the membrane between the egg and the shell.

Gently peel the shell and membrane away from the egg.
