Grilling season has official begun in Cincinnati. Here is a simple but very delicious recipe for BBQ ribs that is marinated in beer.
BBQ Beer Ribs
8 boneless country-style pork ribs
1 cup honey barbecue sauce
1 1/2 cups spicy tomato juice
1/2 of a 12 ounce can beer
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place the pork ribs in a zip-lock bag.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the zip-lock bag and seal.
Place the bag in the refrigerator and marinate for 2 hours or up to overnight.
When you are ready to cook the ribs, remove the ribs from the bag and discard the remaining marinade and bag.
Cook the ribs on the grill for 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

The best recipes are those that call for half a beer. Can't let the rest go to waste, after all!
