What are the heavy times of year you're seeing brides?

The peak wedding season for the resort is April through June.

Peter Island Resort & Spa’s team of Food and Beverage professionals will assist the couple with every aspect of their upcoming event. Couples can choose the “Peter Islander” wedding package which start from $2,500 and includes:

* Sight location fee (Crow's Nest Villa additional)
* Dedicated Resort Coordinator
* British Virgin Islands' Wedding License Fees and Stamps
* Registrar Fees
* Round-trip taxi transfers to file formal application
* Elegant, traditional bridal bouquet

Can you tell me about marriage requirements, costs or restrictions?

Marriage in the British Virgin Islands requires establishing "residency" for at least three business days. On the first day after arrival in the BVI, a representative from the resort will escort the couple into Road Town to accomplish the following:

* File formal wedding license application with the Attorney General (couple must be prepared to present their passports, immigration cards, and where applicable, certified divorce papers and/or death certificates.
* Visit the resort's florist and any vendors prior to the ceremony date.
