Solar garden a remedy for coming food shortages

Several factors, including the unknown extent of crop damage from the Gulf-disaster-poisoned-rains, point to food shortage and skyrocketing food prices in the U.S.  A survival seed bank is suggested as a crucial step to sustaining life and independence through terrible times certain to come.
