Compiling Top 10 Exotic Free Energy Technologies for Earth Transformation Conference

I've been asked to give a 1.5-hour presentation at Michael Salla's 4th annual conference in Hawaii taking place Jan. 7-10. Maybe you have some suggestions for what I should/shouldn't include. What are the most promising outside-the-mainstream-box technologies?

I've been invited by, Dr. Michael Salla of Exopolitics.org, to give a presentation on the Top 10 Exotic Free Energy Technologies next month in Hawaii at the 4th annual Earth Transformation Conference from January 7-10.

The four-day conference will feature topics on super-healing, new science, consciousness, and extraterrestrial contact. Some of the attendees will include well-to-do people looking for great opportunities in the exotic energy sector.

Here's the description for my presentation:

Beyond the conventional renewables such as solar, wind, geothermal, tide, and wave energy technologies, there are a plethora of fascinating and promising technologies that could be more reliable, less expensive, and even cleaner. These more exotic technologies include electromagnetic overunity systems in the tradition of Nikola Tesla that "harness the wheelwork of nature", cold fusion, magnet motors, water power, plasma, and zero point energy devices, to name a few. To use a childbirth analogy, "this baby is crowning", nearly ready to emerge.

This "Top 10 Exotic Free Energy Technologies" list will be quite a bit different than the Top 100 Clean Energy Technologies listing we at the New Energy Congress maintain, though there is some overlap. The Top 100 list consists mainly of conventional renewables -- technologies that most mainstream news services gladly cover. The Top 100 are also typically further along in having validation, third party testing, and a strong business team. These factors make them easier to assess and compare to other technologies. The more exotic technologies tend to be evasive in getting to the same level of validation, third party testing; and often they languish in having a sturdy business team, because it is harder to attract regular talent to them due to their exotic nature. But what they do have going for them is working prototypes, which if engineered for production and brought to the marketplace could pale other renewables in comparison. They would be much cheaper, and many of them would produce power 24/7, making them more reliable for base load needs. By featuring them, my intent is to bolster them, increasing their chances of making it to market.

Other speakers covering themes of New Science at the conference include Klaus Dona (Austria) on Out of Place Artifacts (Ooparts); and Dennis Adams (USA) on the Science of Healing. In addition, Stefano Breccia (Italy), a retired Electrical Engineer and university professor, will discuss the biggest case of human extraterrestrial contact in recorded history, and some of the advanced technologies witnessed in Italy.

Those of you who have been following my work for years know that I'm an odd combination of "conservative" and "liberal" world views. My energy and environment stance is one that would be at home in a progressive surrounding. My politics are closely aligned with Ron Paul. My spiritual outlook is likewise a hodgepodge collection of Eastern and Western belief systems. And I do believe that Extraterrestrials visit and have an interest in our planet. So yes, many of the other presentations at this eclectic conference will be of personal interest to me.

Of course my wife wants to go with me to this one; but the conference budget won't cover it. So if you're interested in sponsoring this event, let us know (Contact). Part of me hesitates to make such a request at a time when so many people are hurting economically. On the other hand, after over 7.5 years of being the news and directory man for the Free Energy world, travelling to many conferences, I've not yet taken Cheri with me to any of these; so such a trip with my wife is long overdue. If you're inclined to make a contribution to help toward this objective, see the instructions on our donations page and do a memo to the effect "Sterling's wife to Hawaii."

Developing List of Top 10 Exotics

Here's a tentative list of technologies I'm considering to feature at that conference. Let me know what you think. Have I left any off that absolutely should be included? Is there a reason any of these absolutely should not be included? I realize that most of these are controversial, so don't be offended if I don't take your advice. I have my reasons for including some of these -- reasons that I can't yet report due to confidences.

These will be updated on our PESWiki page about this conference: http://peswiki.com/index.php/Event:2010:Top_10_Exotic_Free_Energy_Technologies_for_Earth_Transformation_Conference

  1. Featured: Electromagnetic / Solid State >
ERR Fluxgenerator by Noah's Ark Research Foundation - Inventor, James B. Schwartz of the Philippines, has come up with a device that allegedly puts out six kilowatts of electricity from the surroundings, using a solid state arrangement in a panel made from "left-handed material" -- Aluminum and Bismuth interwoven with coils -- tying into the Earth's frequencies. (PESWiki; Aug. 15, 2009)

  2. Featured: Electromagnetic / Aether >
Kapanadze Free Energy Generator - Georgia Republic inventor, Tariel Kapaladze, claims to have invented a 5 kilowatt free energy generator. In a demonstration video, the device appears to produce copious amounts of energy from no visible source. Though it appears to be extracting energy from the aether, some people think it could be a matter of getting energy from the electrical grid through inductive coupling. (PESWiki; July 9, 2009)

  3. Featured: EV / Electrolysis > Boyce / Electromagnetic > NEW: Boyce Hex Controller >
Child Rides EV Toy on Boyce Free Energy! - A South African experimenter has modified an electrolysis circuit developed by Bob Boyce<?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = SKYPE />       so that now it recharges his daughter's electric vehicle riding toy. What makes this remarkable is that the energy is not drawn from the wall but from the environment somehow. He's done this around 35 times now and knows of three replications by others. (PESN; Nov. 12, 2009) (Comment)

  4. Magnet Motors >
Searl Effect Generator (SEG) - SEG generator is allegedly capable of cheaply and safely producing electricity without fuel, pollution, friction, or noise. Anti-gravity effects also involved. Recent mock-up completion marks the first time since 1963 that a roller has rotated about a ring continuously. Next step, full 15 kW SEG generator. (http://www.searlsolution.com)

  5. OS:Bob Boyce       Electrolyzer Plans
  6. Steorn Free Energy - Irish company made a big splash a few years ago announcing they had a free energy technology that could change the energy landscape of the planet. They got a jury of scientists to review the technology, who said they were not convinced, but the company still maintains that they will yet be proving their claim. They have a group of scientists helping in the R&D. Presented purported OU demo in Dec. 2009.

  7. World Improvement Through the Spirit Ministries - Timothy Thrapp's organization claims to have many technologies for sale (to developers), including all-magnet motors.

  8. Directory:GEET Reactor by Paul Pantone - Preheating incoming fuel with outgoing exhaust, with a magnetic rod of specific length, forms a plasma of the fuel at relatively low temperatures. The plasma then implodes in the combustion chamber, burning cleaning and ultra efficiently, and allowing multiple fuel stream types to be used in the engine.
  9. Validated | Engines >
Massive Yet Tiny (MYT) Engine - Internal combustion engine features multiple firings in one cycle to give 40 times higher power to weight ratio, low parts count, low maintenance, high mechanical efficiency, and low pollution. (http://www.angellabsllc.com/index.html)

  10. Nuclear >
Focus Fusion - Purports to be a far more feasible and profoundly less expensive approach to hot fusion, in contrast to ITER. Lawrenceville Plasma Physics' is developing the Plasma Focus Device for hydrogen-boron nuclear fusion. 4-7 years to commercial. 1 cent / kWh anticipated energy generation cost. (http://www.focusfusion.org) (NEC Specialists: Thomas Valone)

  11. Green Power Inc's Catalytic Pressureless Depolymerization - Green Power Inc has developed a catalytic pressureless depolymerization (CPD) process they call "NanoDiesel" that inexpensively converts biomass and municipal waste into high quality diesel fuel, which could solve the world's energy and waste problems at the same time, without upsetting the CO2 balance.

  12. Magnetic Power Inc - CEO, Mark Goldes, expected to have a 1 kW module ready for production toward the end of 2006... 2007... 2008... now 2009... Same story for 11 years now.

  13. JET Energy is Developing Cold Fusion Technology - Having brought cold fusion through many generations of advancement, Mitchell Swartz' company is in process of developing the technology to the point that it could be commercialized. They made history in 2003 by running a large public demonstration for five consecutive days at MIT.

  14. Nuclear >
Blacklight Power - Randell Mills "hydrino" device - New field of novel hydrogen chemistry. BlackLight Process generates light, power, plasma, and a vast class of new compositions of matter. (http://www.blacklightpower.com/)

  15. Electromagnetic >
Keppean Scalar Motor - The Keppe Motor allegedly requires a fraction as much electricity to generate power as a normal motor -- by capturing scalar energy from the "vacuum" of space. A manual and a kit are available.

  16. Atmospheric Electrostatic Energy >
Nelson Scientific's Electron Capture - Developing commercial method for capturing electrons for electricity. Device catches free electrons in a vacuum, where they are redirected to conductors, yielding electricity. (http://nelsonscientific.com)

  17. Perendev Magnet Motor - Magnet motor now evolved into electromagnetic version available for licensing. 100 kW and 300 kW sizes allegedly in production. Evidence that this is so is lacking; and many who have paid are upset because they've not yet received product. With the electromagnetic version emerging, the all-magnet version has essentially been tabled. Millions have seen a video of the Perendev magnet motor produced in Feb. 2003.

Sterling, I remember reading that Stan Myers brother has even more advanced ideas on H2O energy than Stan. Is he open to his ideas being presented at the conference? Super-electrolysis of water is definately the most promising free energy technology in my book.

I think you should eliminate the MYT and Focus Fusion. They don't fit the definition of "exotic" in the context of your talk, where it evidently means "non-working" and "infeasible".

Taking you seriously for a moment Sterling, Blacklight Power and possibly Jet Energy are the only contenders here if your criteria are: 1) a credible company, 2)a demonstrably replicated device or process, 3) publications in respected peer reviewed professional journals about the theory behind and measurement of aspects of the device/process. I suggest this should be your gold standard. This will free up almost all of your time then to devote to railing against the new world order (same as the old world order).

The critical point is confirmation by a qualified laboratory, possibly Hal Putoff's group, which has not reported anything positive as yet.

There are very many radical claims, and little confirmation. For example, has any good-faith, disinterested examination of the Papp 'plasmatic' engine claims and demonstrations been made?

As an historian of invention and an inventor plus innovation compiler (Over 5000 collected) I suggest the most interesting come from the past. I would say thermoelectric, compressed air, vortex conceptions, and sonic engines are all interesting. And not to forget "steam". These coupled or in tandem with flywheel and/or gyro

You should definitely talk about the special changing magnetic field pattern generator dubbed the "Wheels of Destiny." I agree with Sarge that you should eliminate the MYT since it is not a zero point energy technology. I think the best thing on here is the Searl Device. But you should include the Wheels of Destiny too because it's the same thing as the ancient Jewish/Egyptian technology the Ark of The Covenant and it's the most powerful free energy technology of all time.

I am a member of ASME and my abstract was accepted for, and I have submitted a paper for, the 4th ASME International Conference on Energy Sustainability to be held in Phoenix, Arizona May 17-22, 2010. The paper is entitled "Solute Ion Coulomb Force Monopole Motor and Solute Ion Linear Alignment Propulsion". It is based on the concept of using the electric fields of like-charged solute ions, e.g., sodium and chlorine ions from salt water, that have been separated by capacitive deionization, i.e., the application of a voltage of about 1.5 volts, and then confining the like-charged ions at each electrode by an electrically conductive material to create a "monopole" of like charged solute ions. Using the repulsion forces between a "stator" monopole and "rotor" monopoles mounted on a shaft allows the formation of a motor. Details are available in my published PCT application WO2008/024927 A2 "SOLUTE ION COULOMB FORCE ACCELERATION AND ELECTRIC FIELD MONOPOLE PASSIVE VOLTAGE SOURCE".
