Filipinos can become successful in boxing but only with help from the PEDs. The Filipinos that do not use PEDs are the ones who lose. Hozumi Hasegawa is much better than Nonito Donaire would ever be. Fernando Montiel beat him in Hasegawa's own country. Fernando Montiel also beat Z Gorres in Gorres's own country. Before that, Fernado Montiel beat Zolten Lunka in Germany. Nonito Donaire does not have the balls to fight a fighter in the fighter's own country.
