Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto by Mark R. Levin review

You may feel in your gut our country is not headed in the right direction, but not sure why. Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto written by radio talk-show host, Mark R. Levin, provides well-researched insight into our Founders’ meticulously-laid plan for democracy with checks and balances to preserve liberty and prevent the breakdown of civilized society, leading to tyranny.

Our Founders knew what it took to overthrow a government from their own experience. Mark Levin outlines how government control can subtly shift from a democracy to dictatorship. Many of these steps are already well embedded into today’s society and the checks and balances have been dangerously eroded over the past decades.

Levin outlines what individual citizens can do to keep a watchful, educated eye and take action to reverse the trend of less freedom. You may find yourself re-reading portions of the book, as you recall from high school Government class how democracy is supposed to work.

If you are concerned about our country, read this book to learn what you can do. If you feel your personal liberty is in good standing, you need to read this and educate yourself. The issues transcend party affiliation. Liberty and Tyranny is available in hardcover and audio format.

Grassroots movements have been springing up across the country to unite citizens as a single voice to return to our Founders vision. The Richmond Tea Party is one such group, formed to keep citizens informed on what’s going on in Washington. The Liberty 101 event is scheduled for July 25 at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds at 1:00 – 7:00 pm.

Arm yourself with knowledge. The quickest route to tyranny is to be blissfully uninformed.

“Misinformation and lies” is exactly the point; there are lots of both in the media. It is up to individual citizens to research all sides to differentiate fact from propaganda and ensure our government is representing our best interest. Many intelligent people believe the misinformation and don’t “get it.” Read, educate yourself, and don’t be one of them.

Mark Levin has created more jobs with his book than Obama has as President.

In fact, Obama has motivated employers to fire their employees at a record pace.

Unemployment was at 6.3% on the day Obama was elected.

Today, with Obamanomics in full force, Unemployment is at 9.5%.

4,200,000 jobs have been lost since Obama was elected.

He's given us plenty of change. Spare change. Like any good socialist would.
