Although I rarely try energy drinks I was really curious about the Allday Energy presented by Sky Nutrtrition. I have been getting e-mails from promoters and marketing campaigns about the product which peaked my curiosity even more. All I could wonder was how this drink could be so different? The marketing for it says it gives sustained energy, supports performance, sugar free and has zero calories. Automatically, I knew this was too good to be true so I had to have one.
I was surprised because the cost is about $2.99 per drink but this is not an ordinary energy drink that comes in a 12oz or 16oz bottle. It's 2oz; the size of a shot. I took my shot about an hour before I headed to the gym. Since it's a shot it's easy to swig down but leaves an aftertaste much like cherry cough syrup. Even though I don't care for the taste I've had much worse in some of the other drinks but the 2oz made this drink much more bareable.
As for energy, this tiny little package had a big punch! I felt super alert but not jittery, which is how I expected it to make me feel. Not only did it give me long lasting energy but it didn't make me crash. Now, I could understand the reason for the cost. It runs about the same price as the big boys on the market but gives a long-lasting effect without having to drink a huge bottle of it.
Although I don't care for the taste this is a good product for athletes or anyone who is looking to get a quick source of energy. Dieting and training can really fatique the body and mind so this is a good alternative for people who are looking for a new type of energy drink. It's easy, effective and can literally fit in your pant pocket so you don't have to worry about leaving it behind on a work out bench.

Unfortunately I can't have any products with caffeine because I become a jittery mess and it wreaks havoc with my thyroid medication.
My husband tried it a couple times when we worked nights and really liked it.
