Priced at $695

More and more what I see showing up at the larger antiques shows are unusual hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind items like the chair to the right made of discarded saws and an industrial chain.

Once, not so long ago these types of items were pooh-phooed at shows and serious events. Now they're being sought out and purchased eagerly. This chair had a $695 price tag. Although un-sold at the time I took this picture, many of it's companions in the same booth were sold, such a chair made of wrenches and a coffee table whose base was fashioned out of large gears.

New rule in the market: If it's unusual, well made industrial art or furniture it is in demand.
