    I received the email printed below this paragraph today.  In 2006 Stephan Fogleman promised to eliminate the spokesperson position if he was elected state's attorney.  He believed that the state's attorney should be able address the media without the help of a highly paid spin doctor.  I agree that the money going to the communications division of that office could be put to much better use.  Have a great 4th of July!

    "Margaret Burns salary is believed to be $115,425.00. Based on information provided to me and the matching "exec level 1" job class with the state! No exact amount for communications division but is included in the budget under "administration-direction and control"-- ($3.483 million) of the $37 million budget of that agency. Shocking."
