Video And Review Of Today's Jessamy Fire Margaret Burns Event

The press conference started a little late. There were over sixty people there and most of the local TV stations were there along with most of the newspapers. Anna gave a great speech which you can watch below. There were also two stirring "Burns Must Go" chants. Margaret Burns was conveniently out of town!
After questions from reporters Anna and Zach's sister walked in to the courthouse to deliver printed out emails people wanted Jessamy to see. I was with them. We got through security and then a security guard said we could not go up to Jessamy's office. Anna asked why and in typical Baltimore fashion with typical Baltimore government employee attitude the guard said "Because I said so". At that point a higher up employee came by and calmly explained that they could not have a protest upstairs so he allowed Anna to be escorted upstairs alone. She delivered the printed out emails.
I held up a sign that told State's Attorney office workers how to contact me to share any information they had. Some were looking out windows and a few were on the streets watching. One employee mouthed to me "We can't". I then flipped the sign over where it said "Jessamy is a disgrace", the employee nodded her head to confirm the obvious.
Let me say that I do have a source in the SA office. In fact I will share one of that person's emails below. I also had the chance to speak with a former SA office employee today.
A friend pointed out to me a person from Mayor Dixon's staff that was observing the proceedings. I did not know this person so I can not be sure, but we all know that the Mayor knows about this. For some reason she will not comment. No public officials were there.

Here is the email from a my source inside at the State's Attorney's office:
"People are talking about the rally and press conference today. I suspect there will be more than usual people going to lunch so they can check it out without actually attending. The other topic of conversation is who is going to run against Jessamy in 2010. There is no doubt all this will be re-visited by her opponent. I doubt Burns will still be here just to avoid the bad press. She will probably go quietly sometime before the election so it doesn't seem she was forced out."
