Last night I met Chef/Owner Winston of Clementine ,(the place is packed every night - you need reservations), who informed me they just got their permit that day to expand. They will soon be opening a bar, a curing room where they will be curing their own of meats as well as adding some additional seating. Yippee!!!!!!!!!
