How to

April 9, 12:13 AM

By now you have seen a few blog entries. You have seen the beginning- where it all started. Don't be weary there are more in-depth topics for discussions to come. I am in the process of fine-tuning things.

The Pro plastic Wraith has done well for me. I have gotten great use of this disc. A little higher in weight with a great glide, I can really crank this disc out there. The "S" curve, though a little shaky at times, has helped me out tremendously. Druid Hill has housed a great deal of Wraith Hucks gliding through the course's slight to moderate twists and turns.

I do have to admit being in the process of stepping up to the full spectrum of discs. I have been using mostly NOVA discs, grabbing a few discs here and there with nice perks; oddities to them.

What discs are you using? Do you know why you are using those discs or did you just grab the Sports Authority Starter 3 pack? Send in some questions on your discs. You might be using a disk for one thing that someone else is using completely different.

Here is a topic you can really get into. Even with minor experience you can shine or learn how to throw those pieces of plastic you are carrying around while drinking beer.

Weather or not to play

May 9, 9:47 AM
Patapsco Park: Hole 12I as well, had Saturday plans for Codorus State Park in PA. Bypassing this plan Patapsco was the bad weather fall-out; 2nd choice. I was skeptical of the forecast from hearing it would rain through the first Tuesday of May. Scores... Read More

Bruising day.

10% chance of precipitation. 30%: Doesn't seem like much of a difference but apparently this 20 percent  warrants a vicious thunderstorm image.  The hour drive to Cordus Park might not be the best idea today: Very disappointing.Cordus Park's... Read More

Golf on the brain

April 26, 1:31 PM
A round of golf- how long will it last?  Last night I squeezed 18 into post work play, arriving at 7:15pm. A lost disc pushed our Druid departure past 8:30pm- not bad. Light was a little forced meaning the final holes were lit by an eye's adjustment... Read More
