What: Join Mayor Sheila Dixon and Downtown Partnership in reviewing the key findings of the 2007 State of Downtown Report and trends to watch in 2008. This annual economic analysis shapes the future goals and initiatives for The Partnership, as well as highlights the opportunities and challenges existing in Downtown Baltimore. To supplement the report’s findings, Christopher Leinberger of the Brookings Institute will present The Next Stages of American Downtown Turn Around.
