Enjoy Your Mother!

This morning, I spent some time with my mother running errands. She and I , had a simple day planned, including banking and some modest shopping. Nothing big at all, yet the experience of being in my mother's company was HUGE. I really enjoyed her!

This reminded me of the importance of appreciating your parents, while you have them in your life to enjoy. It is the small and simple moments of sharing a memory or a funny story that links your past to the future.

As we approach Mother's Day, I challenge you all to take a moment and do something simple with the "mom" in your life. I look forward to hearing from you.
