Clark Atlanta junior linebacker William Hollis and Morehouse's Charlie Wilson were two of the seven SIAC players selected for the Daktronics All-Super Region 2 team.
Hollis led the SIAC in forced fumbles and fumble recoveries per game and was also second in the league in tackles per game with 9.8. He made the region's second team.
Wilson, also a linebacker, was second in the conference in tackles for loss (18), fourth in sacks (7.5) and eighth in tackles per game (7.6).
Tuskegee senior linebacker Jonathan Hall was the SIAC's only representative on the first team. He led Tuskegee with 68 tackles, including 32 solos.
The lone offensive player on the all-region team was Albany State running back Demetrice Johnson who led the SIAC in scoring with 15 rushing touchdowns and five through the air. He was also second in all-purpose yards. Johnson is a Harlon Trophy nominee, which honors the top Division II player.
Other selections were defensive backs Justin Hannah of Tuskegee and Mario Fuller of Albany State, and defensive lineman Danny Anderson of Tuskegee.
