Of course a lot of people of every persuasion is joining together to get as much help as possible to the people of Haiit through Red Cross and other fundraisers, but there are special fundraising events that famous and not-so-famous bisexual are doing for the earthquake-ravaged country, too.

And yes, famed bisexual Angelina Jolie offered her support and her wallet for SOS Children's Villages, and many GLBT groups are forming their fundraisers to send to Haiti. Some of the GLBT groups from Haiti were decimated and some activists were killed in the quake.

But, there are also a few more private bisexual fundraisers across the country.

Sharon Kane, award-winning bisexual singer and former porn starlet, began her on-stage performing again for the first time in 10 years as a singer with the band Gideon's Chrome, which includes her husband Chris and his brother Vince Grant, the cool leader of the band. The money they made playing Hollywood last week went to Haitians.

Their benefit coming up Monday, January 25 takes place at Bar Lubitsch in West Hollywood. The Earthquake Relief Benefit Show starts at 8 p.m. at 7702 Santa Monica Boulevard.

Grant says, "I’ll be working with him to get the money on the ground and working in Haiti as soon as possible."

Robin Renee, a bisexual singer/songwriter, is performing in New Brunswick, New Jersey at the "And On That Note: A Day of Music to Benefit Haitian Relief" fundraiser on Sunday, January 31, at the Ale 'N 'Wich Pub. The pub is hosting a fundraiser to benefit Haitian relief efforts by the American Red Cross. The event will feature several bands and noted local musicians who are generously donating their time and talents to help raise funds for this urgent cause.

Robin Renee is joined by Glen Burtnik, The Fifth, Jigs and The Pigs, The F-Bombers, Barbecue Bob and the Spareribs, Jana Peri, Laurence Hart, No Code, The Ho-Daddys, The Stuntcocks, Neutralize the Knife, Small Town Scoundrels, Holmes, The Van Cleef Band, American Medicine, The Swinging Zeros and Heart & Lungs, with more to be announced. The show will begin at 3:30 PM and feature 30 minute sets by the artists throughout the day.

In addition to funds raised via admission, proceeds from T-Shirt sales and select draft beer sold will also be donated in its entirety to Haitian relief.

"Please, please come out if you can," Robin says. "Love and healing."
