Jeff and Jordon head to head in Big Brother 11

Team JJ in better times (Photo: CBS)

All the talk about Big Brother this week has been the astoundingly brilliant play by Kevin in his move to give Jeff the boot.  America's glamor boy and his soul mate, southern belle Jordo, are up on the block together after Michele won the power of veto competition last night.  The competition was the face morphing engine which threw in a little alien spice with the antennae and green skin.  The house guests had to determine which two house guest's faces were morphed together in the shortest amount of time.  Some truly frightening house guests showed up last night but one who made no appearance whatsoever in the facial lineups was Chima.  That part certainly did not go unnoticed.  Michele tore it up though, besting the next best time by over a minute!  Michele has shown throughout this season of Big Brother that she is a competitor and she is not going to get sent packing easily!  Part of Michele's plan this season has been to have a partner accompany her through the end game.  This will help her in competitions and eliminations to sail through to the final two.  Michele wants Jeff to be this man since Russell is no longer around and has begun making some serious power plays in the house in an attempt to keep Jeff around a little longer.

So Jeff could possibly wind up staying this week as poorly as he has performed in the past couple of weeks thanks to Michele.  Do not think that this will be an easy task for Michele to accomplish though.  And not for one second think that Jeff won't be forced to put up some seriously strong politicking in order for him to stick around this week.  Kevin is a very smart player as he has already proven and he is aligned with Natalie who is truly the queen of floaters and could quite possibly be the only person left in the game that could beat him in the final two voting.  But Kevin has also proven to be a stubborn man on more then one occasion and he seems to trust in his initial instincts and decisions which is certainly a very big plus in this game.  So what does Jeff need to accomplish in order for Kevin to swing his way, or maybe he doesn't even need Kevin!

Final four maybe?  How naive Jeff could be. (Photo: CBS)

For Jeff to stay this week, he will need to get out of the back yard and put aside his pack of Marlboro's and come up with some seriously solid arguments to present both Kevin and Natalie to keep him around.  The arguments are there to keep him over Jordan.  Primarily, why keep someone who has made it this far in the game with her charm and personality.  Do you seriously want to keep Jordan around to steal the game in the final three competition?  How about this,I know you want Natalie (or Kevin) gone, you know she (or he)  will want you gone, I can be the man to get rid of her (or him) next week.  Bottom line, Natalie and Kevin want each other gone before final 2 in order to take down the 500k.  So Keep Jeff in order to work over the other one next week.  Problem is, Kevin just gave Jeff the bone this week, does he honestly think Jeff will do him a solid if he keeps him around?  Perhaps Natalie should be Jeff's main focus?

Whew, whatever the case, the week could shape up to be one of the best weeks in Big Brother when it comes to defining what it takes to win!  Last week already proved to be a big lesson in sticking to your plans, could this week prove to be a lesson in sticking around?

It's about time that one of them Jeff or Jordan go home. They both thought that they would make to the end without a fight. I'm happy that Kevin got some power to throw the game off. Now I think that it's time to get rid of Natalie. She has showed time and time again that she is only thinking of herself. And until someone else sees that then she will be here. She should be the next target in the house. Not Michelle. This next week is very important. Let see who is up next for the boot.

    Hey Sarah,

Thanks for the comment! While I agree that Kevin has done a great job stirring up the house this week, I'm not so happy with his nominations when it comes to game play. In my opinion, you should constantly be focused upon the prize in this game. And I feel like at this point Kevin needs to realize who he can win against in the final 2 and who he cannot win against.

Right now I feel like Kevin can win against every single player if he goes final two except for Natalie. As sad as it is, I think Nappy Natalie has the edge in votes. Jessie, Russell, Jeff, Jordan versus Lydia, maybe Michele, and maybe America's vote.

Plus next week he's powerless and everyone knows Natalie won't win hoh so without giving the other side a reason to keep you next week, why would they? Even if Natalie does win HoH, Its my bet that she'll be gunning for Kevin for the same reasons, Kevin will be her main obstruction to a win if final two comes her way!

    Time to win some competitio

This is why this show usually disappoints because "floaters" always seem to make it to the end. Nobody ever sticks with their plan cuz the game always becomes personal and it's inevitable. This game was over last week when Jeff made the biggest mistake of the year. Who cares who wins now?! I guess Michelle since she's actually playing and not hiding behind anybody. Ya know, she actually wins competitions.

    Hi Frank,

Thanks for commenting! It is disappointing to see floaters fare so well. I disagree that the floaters are always making it to the end though. Well the final 2 at least. I think season six was that way and America hated those two. Since then I don't really feel like the floaters have really made it to the very end unless you consider Adam in that crowd...

I personally think floating is a viable aspect to the game and really Natalie has it down to an art basically stirring up trouble all around her remaining safe. She is annoying but she is remaining in the game quite far and could possibly make the finals.

Lets cross our fingers that doesn't happen! ;)

    Take care,

    Tommy

Really quick because something I said in my last comment annoys me.

I said that I feel floating is a viable aspect to the game which I do. What I failed to get across is how I abhor floaters and feel its the lamest way to BB it that house guests have ever come up with. I personally feel like most floaters have no true handle upon game play mechanics.

    Ok nuff said.

    TTime!
