The biggest news of the week started out being the Coup D'Etat and the wizard Jeff. However, that quickly evaporated on Friday night when Chima suddenly left Big Brother. There is some speculation as to whether Chima quit, or was given the boot by Big Brother, but having seen her actions thus far in the game and some words mentioned by Jeff in the live feeds, it just feels like she quit. There is much discussion about this exit located here if you'd like to go see what the rest of America thinks about it. But enough about Chima there was some crazy action going on all week long in the Big Brother house! Russell and Lydia were on the block this week and Russell was lobbying hard for the chance to stay in the game!

Jessie and Russell got into a major confrontation this week which looked like it could turn into something huge! Michele was laying around with Russell filling her head full of reasons to keep him around in the game when Jessie busts in and drops a bomb. Jessie told Michele not to forget all the trash Russ had already spoken about her in the game. Russell immediately jumps up and gets in Jessie's face. They go round and round for a few minutes eventually kissing and making up. Russell was just seeking to do what Russell does and intimidate the big guy but Jessie just wasn't having it. Jessie actually stood his ground and asked some very interesting questions until Russell figured out that it was getting nowhere and played damage control hugging Jess.

The PoV competition this week was won by Kevin but he chose not to use the power of veto on Lydia which remains to be seen whether or not she'll be holding that against him. All in all though, the week was all moot as Jeff had the wizard powers and did in fact use them on Thursday night. When the dust settled, Jessie was walking out the door to talk with Julie and Chima began the steaming which would eventually lead to her blow up and leaving Big Brother.
The HoH was held also on Thursday night with Michele winning. Read about that here. So come Sunday night, America will find out her choices for nomination!
Truly some great Big Brother this week! As always Big Brother has come through on the promise to expect the unexpected, not only for the house guests but for the viewing audience as well!

I am so glad that she is gone. Her "pitty me" act was getting old. She was always picking on everyone else and then when someone stands up to her OMG she is a "victim". Whatever....

you know at least new york has personality and she grows on you but chima? on no...chima is pure evil!! she wanted to provoke russell to hit her so he can be kicked out. she is a dirty player. i remember tuning out and not watched the BB when evil dick was on and i almost did the same thing until the wizzard power was given to jeff. CBS saved the show b/c most viewers felt the same way i did i am sure. it's ok when team jessee had all the power and strut like they were king and queen and all laughing and trash talking team jeff and making their life miserable in the house. now things turn around and she can't handle the heat? oh please give me a break!!! get lost!
its all about pride because she couldnt get russ out and america gave jeff some power,and she didnt get her way!!!! she is such a baby and needs to grow up! what she is mid 30s and acts like this i am glad she is gone

WA WA WA!! This would not have mattered if someone else would have been HOH!!! She can sure dish it but she can't take it!!! What comes around goes around Chimma!!! So glad we don't have to look at your face or hear your voice again!!! Love you BB!!!!
Man o man...expect the unexected! In myes eyes when Jeff decided to use the wizard he ultimately put his self in prime position to when it all!!! He not only used it once but twice making two alis when there are only maybe what seven ppl left in the house! Jordans not gonna put him up, Russell owes him his first born so he's not gonna put him up....so the only person im worried might try to lay superwoman is Lydia!! But hey lets face it shes a cute girl but her apartment is very empty upstairs. My top 3 is russell jeff jordan...

I am so glad Chima is gone!! Like the other fans I was sick and tired of seeing Chimas big nasty lips and annoying laugh. She talked so much about 'girl power' and when the going go tuff she couldn't handle the presure. The attacks on Russell were unfair and unwarranted. I'm sure she loves that she has caused so much contriversity and just like others she feels intitled. Now she's intitled to go home, bash men, and live a lonely life.

I think that Chima is hoping to be considered th Amarosa of Big Brother. Chima, you are a racist, and as a proponent of GIRL POWER you are the worst example of a stereotype. You have set back African american womes rights at least a week or two. I would say more, but I do not want to make you think that you have that much influence on true reality.

Chima has major issues outside in the real world and that was very obvious very early in the show. It's also obvious she was a spoiled little brat as a child and it has followed her to adulthood. She is extremely immature for her age. It's no wonder she has bad luck with men and is single. She needs a good shrink and years of therapy. Her fake forced laugh and short fuse are signs of severe depression and she is full of hatred. She was all over Russell up in the HOH room like a cheap suit and wanted to jump his bone big time but he rejected her and that is what the root of her hatred is towards him but wants the public to think otherwise. Sorry Chima, you exposed it on national TV and the truth is there to be seen by millions. You called Lidia a ho but you shouldn't throw stones from your glass house.
I'm so happy Chima is gone!! She was a psycho and immature. I didn't like her from day 1. She thinks she is better than everyone especially men. I hope Jeff and Jordan are in the final two, they are the only ones that deserve it!
Hey Im so glad that Chima is gone shes a spoiled brat. And the comments she made to russell about terroist and twin towers was so uncalled for and she calls herself an american. That i think was pretty low. But shes gone now what can happen cant wait till the next show
