I couldn't help but want to share this with my readers. I just discovered a relatively new blog by the founder and CEO of Bend, Oregon's Deschutes Brewery. I've added his blog to this page's list of feeds RSS feeds.
His essay on "The Economy of Beer" is an interesting one. Here is one sentence from each of his paragraphs:
