There have been two new additions to the line of licensed Beatles products. Mounted Memories, the sports and entertainment memorabilia manufacturing division of Dreams, Inc., has entered into a licensing agreement with Live Nation Merchandise, Inc., to produce framed presentations featuring The Beatles. The first four presentations are now available at the Beatles Official Store.
One features miniature images of all 13 of the Beatles’ U.K. album cover images matted in black and complemented with the band’s official logo laser-cut into the matting. The other three are titled “1962,” “1963” and “1964,” and features pictures from those years. A fifth, coming in September, will commemorate the first appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show." (You can see pictures of the first four in the slideshow at the bottom.)
And music publisher Hal Leonard has started LyricStore.com, where you can customize any number of products with licensed lyrics by the Beatles, Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Brooks & Dunn and many others.
And then there's the John Lennon Box of Vision, following on the heels of the Beatles Box of Vision last Christmas.
There's still plenty of time for more products to come into the market. The weather may be warm, but retailers have already started turning their eyes toward the holidays. Look for more announcements to be coming.

I've also seen a "Yellow Submarine" themed notebook amongst Wal-greens supply of back-of-school stuff. I wonder if they'll make other stuff for this year.
YA-A-A-A-WN.
More Beatles schlock. Worst of all, hundreds of thousands of fans will buy this crap. And, because so many people will run out to get this stuff, Apple et al. can continue to delay releasing Let It Be.
PEOPLE, I beg of you: STOP buying all the merchandise. In fact, BOYCOTT it. Hold off. Save your money. Save it for the music.
First generation & second generion fans are getting older. We may NEVER see the release of Let It Be on DVD. Apple can keep delaying its release as long as fans are gullible enough to buy EVERYTHING ELSE they throw in our direction.
Please, IF you EVER want to see some of the unreleased material see the light of day, STOP buying all the non-music-related releases.
Write/call/email Apple Records/EMI & express your preferences.
We're not getting any younger.
