Get A Little Piece of Heaven at Liar's Den in Uptown Dallas
A Little Piece of Heaven is an original cocktail recipe from Aaron “Moose” Darcangelo of Liar’s Den, a popular sports bar in Uptown Dallas.
Since I’ve been bartending in Dallas I’ve made up about 20-25 cocktails, and A Little Piece of Heaven is the first drink I ever made up. The drinks I create have a few things in common. One, they’re for the ladies. Two, they’re sweet, and kind of strong. And three, you can enjoy them as a cocktail or as a shot. I made up A Little Piece of Heaven for this girl I was dating. She loved Malibu, but was tired of just mixing it with pineapple juice. So I essentially made her a Blue Hawaiian with Peach Schnapps in it. I was young at the time and I thought I was in love, so I told her “This is a little piece of heaven and I made it for you.” The name just stuck.--Aaron "Moose" Darcangelo

This drink is pretty and sounds really good, but as for aesthetics, I can't help but think it's more like Papa Smurf. haha
