"Annie, are you  okay? You've had three of Ivan's Smooth Criminals and you're looking a little green..."

The Smooth Criminal comes to us from Ivan Rimach of La Duni. It’s a slick cocktail, and a great way to cope with triple digit temperatures!

I recently sent out a challenge to all bartenders to help celebrate the incredible life of Michael Jackson by coming up with drink recipes inspired by the legendary superstar. Here's Ivan's:

    1-2 Shots Jack Daniel's

    Directions:
    Add Crushed Ice to Glass
    Pour in the Mike's
Take the Spoon, and hold it flipped over (convex up) at the edge of the liquid
Pour Jack Daniel's slowly over the spoon to ensure that the whiskey does not completely sink or mix
