I can't say anything else about this drink, except the fact that its name is absolutely spot on. Cheers!

 

The Bees Knees

1.5 oz gin (I like Aviation)

1 oz honey syrup

1 oz fresh lemon juice (about one lemon)

 

Pour all ingredients over ice, and shake vigorously until the tin is icy on the outside. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and enjoy while the sun sets behind a calm, hot summer evening on the patio.
