Are you waiting with baited breath for the return of Kings Barcade? If you're like the rest of Raleigh's indie-music-loving scene, the answer is likely a resounding yes. If that's the case, then your wait is nearly over: Kings Music Hall will celebrate its grand reopening on August 27th, according to the all-new KingsBarcade.com.
The opening night, just two weeks before the Hopscotch Music Festival, has been dubbed "The Royal Reopening" and will feature hometown boys The Spring Collection, supported by The Royal Nites and The Tomahawks.
Tickets for the show don't appear to be on sale just yet, but when they are you can get them through eTix or in person at Kings or Schoolkids Records.
A Special Reminder from Examiner.com and the NHTSA: When you drink, be smart and don’t get caught driving drunk. Plan for a sober driver, take a taxi or use public transportation.
