The American Dream is not lost- NACA stages Save The Dream Events

This weekend at the Los Angeles Convention Center, thousands of struggling homeowners are receiving answers to their prayers. If you are in need of a miracle to save your home from foreclosure or you can no longer afford your payment, your breakthrough may be just hours away.

Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) a nonprofit organization, founded by Bruce Marks, provides a virtual miracle solution to homeowners around the country- "Home Save Program". Yesterday, I volunteered my time at their "Save The Home Event" and personally witnessed many homeowners who were facing foreclosure literally have their homes saved and payments reduced by hundreds and thousands of dollars. One of my own relatives saved more than $1600 on her monthly payment! Her rate dropped from 5% to 2%-fixed for the life of the loan! The best part about NACA’s program is it is absolutely free! L

Just listen to my blog talk radio show interview of NACA's, communications director Darren Duarte.

Each homeowner is required to go through an orientation and meet with a counselor. After this these two stages are completed, the homeowner gets to sit down with their lender and restructure their loan- right there on the spot. NACA has contracts with most of the major lenders such as Bank Of America, Countrywide, Chase, Indy Mac Bank and even Fannie Mae. Each of these financial institutions’ agents is at the event to help come to a great solution on your behalf.

If you want to get help with your mortgage or know someone who needs the assistance, and you live the Los Angeles area, you should hurry down to the Los Angeles Convention Center. NACA will be there until Monday. Be prepared to spend all day there (which is a small price to pay for saving your home). Bring the following items with you (if some are missing they will give you time to provide them later):

1. Most recent mortgage statement.

2. Most recent Pay Check Stubs (for 30 days)

3. Copy of Property Tax Bill

4. Copy Of Insurance Declaration Page

5. Copy of your last 6 months bank statements (if you are self employed)

6. Last two years Tax Returns

To save yourself as much time as possible, go to the NACA web site and register for the event and complete a memebrship application.

https://www.naca.com/members/keepInform.jsp?formType=campaign&campaignID=LA&campaignTitle=Los%20Angeles,%20California%20-%20September%2024th%20–%2028th to register for the event and fill out a membership application.

Don’t fret if you live in another city or state-some homeowners actually flew in from Chicago and Atlanta. The "Save The Dream Tour" is going around the country. Their next stops include Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV and Oakland, CA. You can also visit the web site to view their schedule.

When you visit the NACA web site be sure to check out their money down, no closing costs "Home Purchase Program". If you are trusting God for your own home, you won’t find a better program this one.

Remember "all things are possible to those who believe" (Mark 9:23), including saving your home from foreclosure and getting a fixed rate as low as 2%!

Got my payment reduced by $300 a month and a fixed rate instead of an adjustable. Glad they are coming back to California, because there’s a lot more people who need this kind of help. It's a long wait to get through all the steps, but even a couple of days was worth it.
