The Elite Ballroom is a beautiful ballroom located inside the equally beautiful holistic health spa, Holistic Options. Located at 635 Primera Blvd, Lake Mary FL, the ballroom is situated on a meandering landscaped drive amongst a variety of pleasant-looking health facilities and professional offices. Equally impressive is the feeling that you get when you walk into Holistic Options. With a water fountain in the main lobby and a clean and green environment, you cannot help but to think that you have walked into heaven.
The Elite Ballroom dance studio is an addition that Holistic Options added to their extremely long list of health and spa services, helping to validate ballroom dancing's healing abilities in health, weight-loss, social difficulties, mental health, and much more. The ballroom itself is gorgeous and just the right size for enjoyable social dances. Beautiful colors, a new floating floor, and mirrors that cover two entire walls makes you feel like dancing as soon as you step into the ballroom.
It is nice to see ballroom dancing associated with holistic health, and this ballroom definitely has good Feng Shui! Private lessons are available and public dances are held every Wednesday night from 8 to 9:30, with a group class from 7 to 8 pm.
