Neomonde has a long history in the Triangle. The Saleh brothers, Samir, Joseph, Mounir, and DeGaulle, originally from northern Lebanon, opened the Neomonde Baking Company in 1977. Their inspiration and passion are derived from their mom, Cecilia. Many of Neomonde's recipes are in fact Cecilia's.
The baking company has since expanded to include two store-front locations: Beryl Road in Raleigh and Chapel Hill Road in Morrisville. Both locations offer a selection of baked goods, a café, well stocked shelves of delectable items, catering services, and very comfortable indoor / outdoor seating areas.
Samir Saleh himself was present at the Morrisville café. Quite happy behind the counter, Samir's joyful enthusiasm to help his customers left this examiner with a smile and a longing to return!
The Morrisville location is within minutes of Cary, Weston, Morrisville, and Aviation Parkways, Davis Drive, High House Road, South Miami Boulevard, and Interstates 40 & 540. You will find this gem in the Morrisville Station plaza.
