It’s true. Unicorns can cause Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). You should believe this because it is stated in this article and I am considered an expert on RA. I may even add some random facts to support...
After a diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Tiffany quickly realized there are major differences between "arthritis", or common degenerative arthritis, and "autoimmune arthritis", or autoimmune diseases that affect the whole body, primarily joints, but in addition tissue and organs. They also are paired with systemic issues, such as fatigue, fevers and nausea. This certainly was not "arthritis" as she knew it!
Determined to ensure this disease would gain exposure and understanding, in June 2009 she declared a 'national movement of awareness', to herself, in her studio apartment in Los Angeles, CA, by designing a charity bracelet in the name of "autoimmune arthritis". Within one month, this Movement reached 26 states and sufferers as far as New Zealand, Ireland, the UK, Africa and India. By October 2009, it became clear that a nonprofit that separated autoimmune arthritis from other arthritis conditions was necessary in order to put a full awareness effort into motion. Volunteers and Leaders signed up from all over the world to help, and as a result, on November 1st, 2010, the 1st nonprofit in history to exclusively benefit Autoimmune Arthritis mailed their official 501c3 paperwork. IAAM* was born and Tiffany is now the CEO of this global nonprofit. In addition to CEO, she also serves on the nonprofits Board of Directors.
