Old leather bound volumes are becoming more scarce.
Books are my life! So says Roger Hjulstrom.
Roger has been selling antiquarian books most of his life and loves to share what he knows about them.
He's handled everything from a Rare Revolutionary War Tory diary, to a book that didn't even exist, (for Disney of course).
Roger has owned several bookstores, and often buys books by the pallet load.
While he admits that this is not the best way for everyone to purchase books for re-sale, he say's it works well for him, and he has had some great luck with bulk buys.
He says that old, rare books are the best investements for collectibles re-sellers, and when it comes to condition, it the value really depends on the purpose of the book.
Find out about the book that didn't exist, what he thinks of Amazon, the future of the small bookstore in America, and what the most valuable book in existence is. (There are still some out there, and they are in the Boston area!)
You can find Roger at his website about collectible books. on Twitter and on his Squidoo blog, Books Are My Life.
