DealitLive.com a new way to buy and sell online

DealitLive.com a new way to buy and sell online

Reach right through your computer screen and touch that piece of antique art pottery your bidding on! Well, not really, but it sounds like DealitLive will bring you about as close to that as possible.

I have to tell you, I'm really excited about this format. The reason being, is that I know it will work. You see, I've held live auctions online for the last few months pretty much the same way as DIL has it planned out.

The only difference with my live auctions was the platform I used was first Talkshoe.com, where I called the bids via live audio, and then I moved on over to USTREAM.TV. Recently USTREAM made massive core changes that have pretty much let to epic fail of the site, at least for my intended purpose.

I just got off of the phone with Sunny, the founder of DealitLive.com, a new selling platform that allows sellers to have their own, live, video streaming shopping channel.

Sunny assured me on the phone that DealItLive.com is simple to use and will not implement changes unless they are 100% necessary and functional. He stated that he clearly understands people's frustration with sites that are great in theory, but are too  difficult to use.

The basic principal of DIL is that you get your own live streaming shopping channel where you can sell via auction or fixed price method. The fee is a very reasonable 5% of the final selling price. All you need to sell is a PC, a mic and a web-cam.

The site launches it's first auctions tomorrow and I can't remember when I've been this anxious to try out a new ride. Why? It sounds like the perfect selling solution for smaller auctioneers, especially those that sell antique, collectible and unique items. But if it works on that level, it's sure to be a hit with sellers of fixed price, new items as well.

My take-a-way: After a half hour with Sunny on the phone, I'm positive he has his finger on the pulse of what the online merchant community needs right now, he's built a wonderful way for buyers to shop and his heart is 100% into the endeavor.

Now if your one of the smaller merchants who's been clamoring for a better place to sell online, where you can be in charge, grow a clientele and have fun, it's on you to check out DealiTLive.com. This is a Savvy bootstrap start-up. I suspect Sunny & co. have all of their time and probably most of their life savings into this effort, let's back them by showing a little interest, shall we?

WOW, finally something that will eliminate the question of who and what we are buying, great article. I will definitely support this type of selling platform.

Interesting Concept. Its like Home shopping Network on the Net. A great alternative to other online auction site. Looking forward to the release
