As buses continue to roll around the globe carrying various atheistic messages, they will not be traveling in Vancouver, says a report on The Vancouver Sun.
It was released Friday that TransLink has denied the proposal of the BC Humanist Association to place ads on buses carrying the slogan, "You can be good without God."
TransLink said that "[n]o advertisement will be accepted which promotes or opposes a specific theology or religious ethic, point of view, policy or action."
There was no word as to whether or not the BC Humanist Association would try to fight this.

Have you noticed the UK Telegraph article:"Atheist bus: three Christian groups launch counter-adverts"
Including one using the classic "The Fool has said..."
Meanwhile you can now compose your own desired message, courtesy of the original campaigners. At least on the web, via a "bus slogan generator"
Not sure whether posting URL's is allowed but the phrases as given google perfectly.
In terms of coverage for cost, the atheist bus campaign has been a marvel of effectiveness.
What a cowardly move on Translinks part. What harm is there in this message? the vast majority of people have already figured out that there is no god.
