James Maynard is a New Hampshire native who grew up around the space program, earned a B.S. in chemistry and physics with a minor in history from Keene State College (while teaching the astronomy study
sessions), and was the editor of 'Phenomenal Physics.' He spent three years writing a weekly astronomy column, was named a professional member of the Meta-Institute for Computational Astrophysics and often
